These terms are the end-user licence agreement for Scaffold.ca Inc.'s business app at app.scaffold.ca, including its connection to QuickBooks Online. The last section covers this website.
01The app
app.scaffold.ca is Scaffold.ca Inc.'s internal business software. Scaffold.ca owns it and licenses it only to Scaffold.ca staff and people we authorise. Someone who opens a link we sent them, for example to sign a quote, may use only what that link shows.
02Accounts
Use only your own sign-in and keep it private. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or remove access at any time.
03Acceptable use
Use the app only for Scaffold.ca business. Do not copy, share or export company or client data except as your job requires. Do not try to get around the app's security or permissions.
04QuickBooks Online connection
Connecting QuickBooks Online is optional. Only an authorised administrator can do it, and it can be disconnected at any time in the app (Settings → Connectors) or from inside QuickBooks Online. The app reads our QuickBooks data and may create invoices there when an authorised person does so. Your use of QuickBooks Online itself is governed by Intuit's terms.
05Data
All business data in the app, including data read from QuickBooks Online, belongs to Scaffold.ca. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
06No warranty
The app is provided "as is". Check important figures, such as invoices and payments, against the source records before you rely on them.
07Liability
To the extent the law allows, Scaffold.ca is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or this website.
08Changes and ending
We may change the app or these terms at any time and will post the change on this page. Continuing to use the app means you accept the change. Your access ends when your role with Scaffold.ca ends.
09This website
The information and photos on scaffold.ca are for general information and belong to Scaffold.ca. Please do not reuse our photos without permission. Sending a quote request does not create a contract; a quote is binding only once we confirm it in writing.
10Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
